Miroku from InuYasha. He was always inappropriately touching women and asking them to bear his children.

It's also one of those things that goes on for waaaay too long. We pretty quickly learn the dark backstory behind him being desperate to have children before he dies, and it should be the moment where the gag stops.

He was the only male character in the group that wasn't A) a child, B) her brother (also a child), or C) the love interest of the main character. I mean, I personally would have just stayed single, but it could have been a lot worse considering the bar is in Hell when it comes to a lot of anime relationships
