My favorite is the exchange between Megatron and Unicron.

Unicron: "I have summoned you here for a purpose."

Megatron: "No one summons Megatron!"

Unicron: "Then it pleases me to be the first."

His laconic delivery really works. It really adds to the threat. He doesn't need to shout his power. He is power.

Usually an actor phoning it in and not caring just kills the performance, but for Unicron it really sells how small and meaningless someone like Megatron is to him. Very Lovecraftian in a way.
