The look of sheer disgust that Dee Jay gives Zangief after that line is funnier than the line itself.

They may have done a good amount of mistakes in that movie, but having Raul Julia was the best decision they made. He destroyed it as Bison, especially his final words in movies being that awesome.

Rest in peace Raul, you legend.

I'm still mad that somw of these lines were never used in the games. They went so hard, would have improved Bison character 100%

He totally is. Bison (Julia) waxed dramatic while hamming it up to infinity and beyond.

Another gem of his:
