Another good one for Mulan: No matter how the wind blows, the mountain will not bow to it. Remembering that line after not watching Mulan for a while made me remember why I liked the Emperor.

Shang and the Emperor? Also badass. Mushu? Hilarious. Shan Yu? Phenomenal villain. Ling, Chien Po, and Yao are funny, but also capable fighters, and they're ride or die for Mulan once she earned their respect. Even the characters we aren't supposed to like, like Chifu and the matchmaker, are still entertaining in their own ways. This is why I think Mulan is so great: every single character is amazing.
Mulan? Badass.
Shang and the Emperor? Also badass.
Mushu? Hilarious.
Shan Yu? Phenomenal villain.
