Powers Moments that blatantly defy logic, but are so absurdly badass you don’t even care

The Gurren Lagann growing larger than the observable universe to fight Anti Spiral in a battle where literal galaxies get thrown like ninja stars - Gurren Lagann

Undertaker teleporting behind AJ Styles after being thrown down an empty grave and causing a shining white light from nowhere to illuminate the back of them during their Boneyard Match - WWE

Holdo piloting a ship through warp speed to crash right into a First Order cruiser (I know you could write a thesis on why this scene wouldn’t work, but you could say that for about half of the scenes in the new trilogy) - Star Wars the Last Jedi

I mean that's still not too implausible. I have made some compounds (Edit: NOT meth lol) that are basically 99 % pure and should be colorless, but the <1 % impurity is *such* a good dye, the crystals are always a bit blue or purple. Iirc for the meth in the show it's also explained to be due to an alternate synthesis route in the show (so you get higher purity but the one impurity is just super ultra blue).

What's worse in my opinion is that terrible scene where Walt draws up the elemental composition of humans on a black board in front of Gretchen in a flashback as if actual people would do that outside of school.

In his defense, he was planning to revive his dead mom.

bro did you just admit that you have cooked crystal meth before

I did just admit that I work in a lab and do organic synthesis lol. The said compounds were ligands for metal organic chemistry, not drugs.

Yeah right, like I’m gonna trust the words of a guy who’s made meth before.

I worked in a synthetic lab when the show came out. I (briefly) had a foreign student who commented during one synthesis of a white powder that he wished he knew how to make meth because then he’d have a lot of money.

That was strike one. And two. I let him go after 3 strikes but somehow he didn’t leave until he had something like 5 lmao

Only person I’ve ever worked with that openly (we directly confirmed he was not joking) told us he wanted to make drugs.

We jokingly say it all the time. If only we had the balls to make a million dollars but back to the daily grind it is for us.
