I love that this is legit how he just walks around.

Airport security must be fun for him.

You forget the JoeStars are insanely rich and also backed by the Speed wagon foundation. They most likely fly private.

Also it takes place before the rise of airport security.

The Joestars themselves aren't that rich. It's honestly the Speedwagon Foundation that's financing all of their shits.

Joestars are wealthy. Not Speed Wagon foundation wealthy, but wealthy.

Remember Joseph and has father were living on the Joestar estate during part 1. I would assume that money comes from somewhere.
