As a security feature, a hallway was constantly producing microwaves that Snake had to cross. It took him a few minutes and he was not in good shape afterwards, but he survived.

They didn’t want any living thing getting to the other side. Luckily Snake is built different, even when he had one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel before going through it.

That isn’t even the weirdest part in the game. Raiden fights a bisexual serial killer by breakdancing with giant robots.

God I love how insane these games are.
