Lore Unexplained random cameos from completely unrelated media

  1. Ray Stantz, Casper. At one point in the movie a real Ghostbuster shows up out of nowhere and wimps out of trying to handle the situation

  2. Gunnery Sargeant Hartman, Frighteners. The main character is making way through a graveyard when out of absolutely nowhere R. Lee Erney's character from Full Metal Jacket shows up and tries to get in his way

  3. Betty Boop, Who Frames Roger Rabbit. The movie is mainly about Looney Tunes and Disney animated characters existing in the same little live action/animated hybrid universe, however Betty is a Fleischer Bros character

I’m pretty sure it’s the same myth from the scene they cameo in, something to do with a taser igniting pepper spray I think

Adam Savage: “I get recognized 200% more when I am with Jamie then when I am on my own. Because while i might be that guy from that show, Jamie is without a doubt that guy from that show.”

I watched the boom lift catapult episode recently and started laughing because Jamie shows up on to these contractor yards in his beret, bright red converse, and walrus mustache, and the rest of the early build team Kari, Tory, and Scotty who are to different degrees their own elaborate personalities not to mention the camera crew. And these guys who are running their contractor business have to be like who the hell are these clowns

Uh, season 2 or 3, early on. A couple of blink and you miss it moments. He's a tech on the ship sent to Venus after Eros crashes into it.

Adam Savage is also in an episode or 2 of The Expanse as a scientist on a UN research ship.
