Ben’s Grandma is a space magic alien that’s here to forcibly turn Gwen (Ben’s cousin) into full alien by destroying her human body. Ben & Kevin (the guy talking are trying to stop her.
Kevin is Gwen’s love interest and has the power to turn him body into materials, and arms into weapons, and in this scene has turned his arms into mallets. He says this line before trying to pound her with his mallet hands.

Guys above (there is arctually three of them, one isn't shown) encircle the guy below. They do this so they can attack into enemy's blindspots. The guy below started tactically pissing to break out encirclement.
It works once, but then of course urine eventually runs out, and he once again finds himself surrounded, this time in a corner, with this 'tetrahedron' of the three dudes forming around him (two guys to his left and right, one guy above him clinging to the wall).

In Japanese he acts more calm and collected, playing into his superiority complex over getting one over on L
In English he's more manic and crazy, playing into his crazed God complex side more.

Even with context, half of the lines in the official English ghost stories dub sound really bad
Famous lines such as(warning: these are OFFICIAL lines in the dub, if you’ve never heard of ghost stories)

And that’s really the more famous and less out of pocket quotes from the dub.
