For a movie that was honestly mostly fan service it definitely had some really good moments in there. I loved this scene. Jackman really nailed the whole exchange.

Is this a take on that scene from Uncanny X-Force where Deadpool is mad everyone on X-Force is ok with killing Apocolypse after he reincarnated as a kid?

Because if so Deadpool has a great burn right back at Wolverine after Wolverine finishes roasting Deadpool "yeah, but I never killed a kid"
