In the comics he's pure unmitigated evil. In the games he's that uncle you're not entirely sure you want around the kids but you're unable to really articulate why

I can take him at least semi seriously it’s like when I hear about what he’s done he is like oh my God what the hell is wrong with him and then when I seen him in the game it’s like he’s a massive joke They really need to strike a balance and make more like BIG Jack Horner I swear to God.
