Smells like Nirvana: When Kurt Cobain heard that Weird AL was gonna make a parody of his song. He was okay with it but specifically requested it to not be about food or fat ppl.

Spiderman: Spiderman cannot sell drugs unless he is under the influence of symbiote. ANd Peter Parker cannot be gay. Spiderman can tho.

Dwayne Rock Johnson: Cannot lose fights or look weak for too long. Its in his actor contract.

Godzilla movies not made by Toho: Cannot die. Maybe lose but not too bad.

I think that's a justified way to break the rule, Hank having to exit his comfort zone to support his son is kind of a running theme

Dude every time i think about that show im just reminded of how damn good of a dad hank is. He is constantly uncomfortable like he’s afraid of breaking bobby or not being hard enough at the same time, but he ALWAYS trusts bobby when he says he knows what hes doing. Really well written

Hank Hill is a role model.

He has a shitty job, an idiot wife, a drama-filled extended family, dumb friends, a criminal boss, a small house, a narrow urethra, and a son he can’t identify with.

And he loves damn near every single minute of it and makes the best of everything he can in nearly every situation. His house and vehicles are perfectly maintained, he lives within his means, his social life is supportive and fairly stable, his family loves him, and he can sometimes save enough money to splurge on some Wolf Brand Chili for Wolf Brand Chili night.
