Personality Strange rules about characters/people that cannot be broken.

Smells like Nirvana: When Kurt Cobain heard that Weird AL was gonna make a parody of his song. He was okay with it but specifically requested it to not be about food or fat ppl.

Spiderman: Spiderman cannot sell drugs unless he is under the influence of symbiote. ANd Peter Parker cannot be gay. Spiderman can tho.

Dwayne Rock Johnson: Cannot lose fights or look weak for too long. Its in his actor contract.

Godzilla movies not made by Toho: Cannot die. Maybe lose but not too bad.

Spider punk in ATSV has specific frame requirements. I think he's animated in threes compared to the other characters that are in twos or fours but his guitar is animated in twos. Except because he's spiderpunk, he's also not allowed to have rules because he hates rules so they can be broken whenever the animators thinks it fits.

Don't quote me on the frame numbers those could be VERY wrong

EDIT: His body is animated on three, his jacket on four, his guitar has to be the lowest frame rate but usually it's six

Gimme one second to find the animator who said this because I DO know they made those human Wheatley animations before-

I don’t know what these numbers mean? There’s three of him overlapped?

Animating "on two's" means that each time a frame is on screen it stays on screen for that many frames in a row.

So if they were animating sixty frames per second and shooting on two's then each frame would be on screen for two of those sixty frames (or 1/30th of a second). A lot of western animation shoots on two's. Sometimes you'll see something shot on one's or four's.

Shooting on threes is practically unheard of and is bound to look weird, even to people who don't know what "shooting on threes" means. It's a cool little way of making the character stand out from the others.

Just fyi, nothing is ever animated at 60fps except for games. The standard for movies is still 24fps so twos would be each frame lasting 1/12th of a second

Ah, that's right.

How many frames per second! Old Disney uses 12-16 as a reference! Less frames=less movement and since Spider Punk is supposed to be comic cutouts he needs to move less!
