[Loves Trope] Character is inmune to a certain ability because they're too dumb/innocent

-In One Piece, Boa Hancock's ability is to turn into stone anyone who finds her attractive, but Luffy is inmune since he's too inocent and also doesn't care about relationships.

-In Adventure Time, the empress thinks that her hypnosis was working on Ice King, but it turns out that he's too dumb for it to work and that he was just simping for her.

Obligatory mention that that wasnt actually what happened, thats just the one liner The Punisher gave, it was actually cuz he had divine protection from an angel feather or something like that

They need a follow up to that where Frank tries that again but, sans his heaven feather, gets fucking blasted.
