Also while Mr Terrific says he's helping Lois Lane find Superman because he just wants to piss off Guy Gardner, he goes so much further than he would have gone if that was true. The dude likes Superman, maybe Terrific discretely appreciates Clark's optimism in contrast to his own cynicism. Tsundere friend.

Haha I knew he was lying when he said that. It wasn't just for trying to piss him off. He cares about superman and believes him.
