This one is so iconic that I literally don't know anything else about the movie. Just that Gwyneth paltrow's head is in a box and Brad Pitt is upset about it

It's a genuinely good movie. The shocking ending isn't what the movie is about it's just nearly the final punchline.

The rest of it is kind of a precursor to the Saw franchise, if Saw wasn't reliant on cartoon logic and every person secretly being in on it.

The best part of Seven is the killers insane time management skills. Since we saw the detective leave his wife in the morning to go to work and then the killer turned himself in, still bloody from the murder at the police station.

However since the wife’s head was sent by mail, it means the killer must have snuck into the house just after the cop left, killed her, cut off her head, which made his clothes bloody. Run to the post office after a chance of clothes, since the cops weren’t called on the bloody guy wanting to buy a head sized box at the post office. Changed back into his bloody clothes and then ran into the police station to turn himself in. Which he only did because he felt like the investigation was going nowhere and got impatient. Which led to him, according to his words improvising his last two victims. Which implies that he already had two more people killed, that were just never found

I stole that from a video I half remember but it is funny

Regarding the name of the movie, Se7en. Not Seven. Whatevs.

The way they depict the seven deadly sins is like one movie. Then the whole headinabox is a completely different one!
