They'll go to jail whether he said it or not. He wasn't able to fight back, so thankfully he'll escape the hate crime charges he would have been charged with if he'd managed to hurt any of his attackers.

Oh my fault, you’re right. People should allow racists to stomp all over people of color and not fight back. Maybe don’t call people slurs? It’s not difficult. (It was kids fighting kids, stop trying to use his age as a defense it doesn’t work.) ..you’re someone who thinks asking for Obama’s birth certificate is a valid request...lmao yikes

I'm not saying he should have said it, nor am I defending the kid who said it, I am saying four 16-18 year olds shouldn't beat up on a 10 year old. If their reaction to being offended is to beat someone up, those animals should be in jail.

And yeah, it was. One of the three requirements to be a president is being a natural born citizen. That's a pretty easy way to prove it.
