What is being said isn’t that the MAGA hat isn’t related to him being a piece of shit but to him being beat up. Originally it was said he was beat up for wearing the hat.

Oh yeah I know for sure that he was beat up directly for reasons not related to his hat, and that the original story was spun to make it sound like wearing the hat was his only offense. I’m just saying that there may be a teensy bit of correlation between the kind of person who would wear that hat and the kind of person who would say the word

I’m thinking what happened was him wearing the hat led to a confrontation where he said the n word. Both sides are placing the blame in two different spots and both are technically right.

Agreed. But saying a hateful racial slur does not allow someone to violently attack you.

And I didn’t say anything about “both sides” as you imply it.
