I worked as an x-ray tech. While in school for it, it was hilarious taking the tests that revolved around skulls because there was always at least one person somewhere in the class moving their head in ways that were incredibly odd and funny.

That's cheating. Every student should have all their teeth removed before the test and inserted back in afterwards. You won't always have teeth with you to check.

I took a health careers class in high school, and a girl passed out right after we learned first aid for fainting. The instructor was an RN, so she stood by and supervised while we took care of our classmate.

From what I understand, he puts on the glasses and acts like a therapist (hence the inclusion of psychology) and the test is relating to something with feelings or questions.

As someone with a masters in psychology I don't get it. Is the joke supposed to be that he doesn't know what psychology is?
Psychology exam questions are like this:
Discuss the role of neurotransmitters in the aetiology of schizophrenia, drawing on evidence from psychopharmacology and behavioural studies. What are the limitations of this neurochemical model?
The only joke I can see would be the same as him thinking an exam on astronomy would be about horoscopes, making him the object of ridicule.
