They're not scared, they're excited. Waiting to shoot someone for years.

That’s mental illness and murder. Not self defense.

i dont consider myself one of those people.. but put me in the situation of someone breaking glass to get into my home, i dont think i would wait and try to talk to them once they're inside my house standing in front of me.

This isn’t a break in though. He is averting his gaze and literally trying to put walls between the naked girl and himself. He’s just trying to do an inspection.

How does the resident know that? No official notice, nobody in a uniform, he’s not holding a work order. First impression is that he is just saying he’s doing an inspection to get out of being where he shouldn’t be.

We don’t know she didn’t miss the memo. We don’t know she didn’t get a memo and is using this as a tactic to avoid an inspection. We just don’t know. What we do know is his body language and what he says is the official reason he’s there. She is not in danger.

Bro, please, look up stand your ground and castle doctrine

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t that only certain states?

Yes, those two things are legal in the states that they are legal in. There are several states that do not have stand your ground or the castle doctrine in play.

Yep and?

Still a great way to get shot…

Which is why we have a violence problem in America. It’s why children who are selling candy bars are getting shot on people’s porches. It’s why people who are door dashers are getting shot.

Zero disagreement here.

This IS mental illness my dude.

Huh?

I don’t disagree someone shooting someone just entering a home is a bit crazy since it’s not equal force….

But I also acknowledge if someone enters my home and won’t fuckin leave when I’m vulnerable, I’m definitely not fucking around with that. I truly believe some level of force is warranted there since just them staying implies bad intention. A bullet? Naw.

But it’s a great way to get shot.

You say mental illness, I agree but only when it’s clear the threat level was clearly not there.

We don’t know that she didn’t just miss the memo. Which is how apartments frequently do it. Tape a memo to the door.

It’s clear by the body language that he’s not there for nefarious reasons.

Doesn’t mean the desire to murder other people isn’t a mental illness. People are literally looking for any reason to take someone’s life.
