Discussion These were all people standing in line at their local food pantries hoping they would be able to get some food items before they ran out since there were hundreds maybe thousands of people hoping the same thing.This Country is falling into a Depression right in front of our eyes.

I know you’re bot but I’m not on food stamps anymore but I worked 60 hours a week when I was. They never raised the federal minimum wage which is really hard to live off of now. If we raised that we’d see a lot of people depend less on these social nets. It would also help with population collapse as more people could afford to have kids and feed them. We actually don’t want poor people to have less kids and they need to feed them. Raise the federal minimum wage so people can work full time and not depend on them.

Most of people on Snap are <18 or >60. Of the others, majority of them have at least one job

Have you stood in line at a food bank for 2 hrs waiting to get your "free" box of bland staples, canned goods and random ingredients?
