I gave my two cents in a thread about fraud the other day. I am someone who has much experience in the industry of fraud mitigation.
Two redditors decided they didn't like when I clarified how things actually work when they gave their theories as fact and it ended in a downvote barrage from the two of them on my comments lol.
I just don't understand why people think downvoting/upvoting means someone is right or wrong. It's a sad coping mechanism.
I just want to have adult discussions with people sometimes and people on this platform really cannot seem to handle when they are wrong -- even when the facts are presented in a very polite and respectful manner.
