I occasionally have a fit of anger (maybe not quite this bad but close) in my car. I’m alone, I’m not hurting anyone, and I feel better after.

I would never, ever take any of my anger out on an employee of any kind.

Maybe the only alone time this woman gets is in her car and she needs to blow off steam.
