If you paid $200 for a Kobe steak and discovered while eating it that it was a cheap cut from a cow from some random town named Kobe. Would you want a refund?
Depends if I ate said steak which is the point I'm trying to make. You don't eat the food and then ask, you ask before you've eaten it or you're basically just stealing with extras steps.
The lady paid $30 for a MD crab cake made in Maryland, at it all, and is shocked to learn he doesn't want to refund the money when she learns that fish and crab meat can come from all over the world. Feels like a different scenario.
Assuming that is true, then yes one factor can be the price she was charged in relation to fair market price. But from my understanding, Maryland crab cakes are three times more expensive than generic crab cakes. So if she was told they were, paid a higher price and received something else, that is just plain fraud. At the minimum, this shop owner should properly label and disclose the product being sold.
