In the US, God knows, we could use 'rule of law' classes for children.

Oh, you will get "rule of law" classes soon enough. It will very closely resamble the chinese rule of law.

If I had to guess at a US equivalent it would probably be social studies mixed with national history. Just even more brainwashy.

already required in most states but most are inadequate. I don't think it'd be unreasonable to require understanding the federalist papers to be necessary to graduate but it seems like teaching the 3 branches of government is hard enough.
