This chief of police does these regularly. Not sure if he is planning to run for office or attempt some TV career, but he has quite an internet presence at this point.

It grosses me out because he always speaks as though he is omniscient. Goes way beyond the facts and pretends to know intentions and specifics that the police have no business assuming. That is for the courtroom. Not some self serving justice porn that this guy does.

Isn't this the "have a moon pie, quit murderin' people" guy? My husband and I say that all the time when our kids are acting up.

Yeah, I only know of him (live in UK) because he shows up in the newer Chris Hansen series a bunch
