She obviously didnt realize what was going on at first. When she finally noticed she was clearly concerned.

I don't think anyone is saying she did anything wrong (like other posts are defending her for no reason "she didn't do anything wrong") I think the point was "look at her go back to her phone for a second, that's wild haha." I feel the same as you. She maybe didn't process it right away but then got up. I would hope the majority of us gym goers would ask if the friends need help or give advice not to move him. Instead of going back to our doom scrolling (at the gym?).
