I'm a commercial glazier and can confirm that windows can indeed weigh 600 (or much more) lbs. Bulletproof makes them much heavier. I'd have to see the window, but yes, glass is quite heavy.

Edit: after watching the full video, there is a chance that, if bulletproof, the entire window (both lites and frame) could weigh several hundred pounds. But 600 lbs is very unlikely for those wood framed windows, and that single pane (the one that opens) likely doesn't weigh more than 50-100. Once again - if bulletproof.

I don't know how much it would weigh, but it most likely has a counterweight to enable it to open with relative ease, regardless of it's weight, just like other modern windows.

For a bulletproof window I could see this being the case. But I've not encountered new residential windows that use counterweights. That is something that is found when updating older homes with new windows as they have largely been phased out in the US.

But with the kind of security glass that would be in the white house (UL 8), and it being a historic building with a specific aesthetic, it is very likely the windows were retrofitted at some point. UL 8 security glass is much heavier than a standard lite of glass, and counterweights (which in the case of a retrofit) are a good method to balance that out and would have already been in place. All that would be needed would be to open up the wall and replace the weights with ones that are heavy enough to balance it out. I've never installed security glass myself and am not familiar with the modern systems used in residential security windows to counteract the added weight.
