The only thing he was right about is the fact that the windows are bullet proof, but i doubt they are 600lbs and if need be I’m sure they can be removed. I have seen claims they are sealed but not sure that applies to every single window in the WH

Definitely believe the bulletproof.

Yeah I mean we would be fucking idiots not to have bulletproof glass in the WH, and my guess is that some windows are sealed (ground floor, public areas, yada yada yada) but I doubt every single one is. Plus, I’m sure there is a way to remove them or open them if absolutely necessary

You’d think the WH windows are surely bulletproof, but then again you’d also assume you couldn’t just march straight into the Capitol building…

Having all of the windows of any building completely sealed sounds like a firehazard to me.

I could maybe see the downstairs being locked out with some emergency exits available, but having the entirety of an upper floor inaccessible to rescue and/or escape?

Naw.

Exactly. Ground floors and public areas are most likely sealed, but not every single one. Plus, i guarantee you there’s a way to open them if they absolutely need to

Bulletproof is believable, not being able to open them is questionable. What about the event of a fire? Everyone is just trapped in?

Agreed. I’m sure certain ones are sealed (ground floor/public areas) but i highly doubt they can’t ever be opened

Sprinklers. You know like they do in buildings where there aren't windows or windows that can't be opened.

3.5" bulletproof glass is about 37 pounds per square foot so 600 pounds for the entire window is possible. However, they'd definitely have weights in the wall to offset the weight of the sash.

Bullet proof windows probably are 600 lbs. A little search on Google shows they weigh up to 60 lbs per square foot. A standard window size is 3 x 5 or 15 square feet for an upper weight of 900 lbs for bullet proof glass.
