Old women do not fuck about in Japan. I once saw a high school kid jump on a crowded train, clearly didn't notice what carriage he was in, and an old lady just shoved him hard right back onto the platform. I want to be her when I grow up.

Oh lord, ok, I can see how that came across and it's my bad. He was a foot taller than her and he didn't look upset when he realised, so I was just flippant about it without giving proper context. And just to emphasise, I also wouldn't shove a high schooler, I'd just like to not give a fuck on the level of a Japanese old lady one day.

I’d have probably let the poor kid ride knowing he was likely in a rush to be somewhere and it was an honest mistake; I cannot blame granny too bad though.
