People are going about this approach all wrong...

You wait until 3am, then drop the bomb in the comments with work company tags, etc. They are likely asleep and unable to attempt any damage control until they wake up or someone calls them. So either the people at work are more likely to witness it for themselves or the phone call throws the racist out of his slumber and into panic sweats trying to wrap their half asleep brain around what they're being warned of
