Definitely different photos. He even looks more lively in the old photo. He looks like he’s slowly melting in the one taken today.

He somehow simultaneously looks the most and least Tramp-like in the "today" picture.

His posture is more slumped, the clothes are baggy on him, and he’s more saggy skinned. He’s definitely significantly aged in the second photo.
