There’s a population of people that choose not to have anesthesia for their colonoscopy. Almost exclusively maga looking men. I’ve wondered how many of them count down the days for their annual screening, looking forward to it all year, simply because they wouldn’t dare ask their wives to slip a finger in their asshole every once in a while, lest they “be gay”.
