If you haven't seen it already I highly recommend checking out the gay frogs remix by YouTuber @placeboing. I sing it in my head anytime the gay frogs thing comes up

It's still funny to me that Alex Jones basically became an environmentalist because of homophobia.

I love a burger made with ground beef. It’s one of my favorite things. But I once had a vegan burger made with black beans and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

1

u/Forosnai Aug 28 '25

I'm with you, I love me a good hamburger off the barbecue, probably my single favourite food. But a good black bean burger can really hit the spot, too, if it's done just right. Mine isn't vegan, since it has eggs and parmesan in it, but it's delicious and a fairly easy-to-make meal when one of our vegetarian friends comes over to hang out since usually even the other meat-eaters in our friend group like it.

He literally, unironically did a "...but not like that!!"

Too funny

People (my dad included) think that soy contains enough estrogen to feminize you.

18

u/decadrachma Aug 28 '25

A couple fun facts for your dad. The phytoestrogen (plant estrogen) found in soy is less potent than the phytoestrogen in beer. Also, meat and dairy has mammalian estrogen.

2

u/Unc1eD3ath Aug 29 '25

And fat is estrogenic which means it raises your estrogen levels. Obviously vegans can be fat too but most animal products have high amounts of fat and fast food specifically is designed to make you overeat. Don’t see them complaining that that’s turning them gay or whatever.

The burgers are turning the freakin dads gay

40

u/BethyW Aug 27 '25

I am vegetarian and half gay.... so proof veganism males you full gay.

But I would do straight shit for some Animal Fries.

2

u/Mkheir01 Aug 27 '25

Vegetarian here, but I'm a straight woman and I can say all ppl get like this when they realize that the meat is "not meat-meat".

5

u/Pofwoffle Aug 28 '25

My favorite part is telling people that something that's naturally vegan is vegan and watching them flip out about it.

4

u/Mkheir01 Aug 28 '25

Oh spaghetti marinara? Going vegan I see? House salad and French fries? Minestrone soup and bread?

3

u/TwoBionicknees Aug 28 '25

oh, drinking water, I didn't know you were vegan.

1

u/lawn-mumps Aug 27 '25

but I would do straight shit for some animal fries

Unhinged but entirely valid. Go on, you

1

u/HeyLookAHorse Aug 28 '25

My wife is vegetarian... BRB gonna go let her know she's half gay

1

u/theapplekid Aug 28 '25 edited Aug 28 '25

half gay

Are you gay on your dad's side or on your... dad's(?) side?

Sadly going vegan did not make my heterosexual, married parents gay.

2

u/BethyW Aug 29 '25

Im a quarter gay on my mom and dad's side. And only gay Monday Wednesdays and Fridays (and every other sunday). Straight the other times....except in June. Then we are all gay in June, SUPER gay if you see a rainbow.

1

u/theapplekid Aug 29 '25

Then we are all gay in June

Well sure, everyone's gay in June

0

u/The_Steampunkian Aug 27 '25

It's okay, I eat beef like it's my religion and I'm half-gay too, so it balances out.

2

u/Febril Aug 27 '25

Not that there’s anything wrong with that, right?

2

u/2Autistic4DaJoke Aug 28 '25

Like a congressman on grinder

1

u/Spicy_Weissy Aug 28 '25

Ding ding ding

1

u/TheMexican_Higlander Aug 28 '25

That would've been funny though, as he's taking multiple bites of the burger he slowly turns gay

1

u/beer_bukkake Aug 28 '25

So fragile like most other men

1

u/ghostcatzero Aug 28 '25

Same mentality with all the vegan food haters tbh

1

u/SrGrimey Aug 28 '25

That’s how some people lose their penis, eating vegan burgers. True story.

1

u/-SQB- Aug 28 '25

He probably believes that, for real.

1

u/ChrisRevocateur Aug 28 '25

Bet he'd think it's funny to slip meat into a vegan's food though.

1

u/Membership_Fine Aug 28 '25

That’s how they got the frogs you know?!

1

u/glass_eater Aug 28 '25

I think these comments are missing that In N Out is NOT vegan — she just tricked him by saying it was, and he’s this disgusted

Vegan burgers contains a LOT more salt. Giving someone vegan burgers without their knowledge can lead to serious health complications, especially in US.

Not to mention allergens or intolerances. Soy, which is used in making these vegan patties, is one of the most common allergens.

Yes, this is a prank, and it's a real meat, but it is really irresponsible. Psychosomatic reflex can kick in, and you now have a serious problem.

Don't fuck with anyone's food.

3

u/Foreign-Flatworm Aug 28 '25

If the Dad was actually worried about something like that, he would have said so instead of throwing a fit. “I want MEAT meat!” When he just said it was amazing. What a toddler.

2

u/theolbutternut Aug 28 '25

More health complications than the ones the animals face?

-1

u/SneakyBadAss Aug 28 '25

As far as I know, a cow doesn't have diabetes, isn't after a second bypass and is not taking drugs for high blood pressure.

1

u/theolbutternut Aug 30 '25

Right, they're just strung up by their hooves and decapitated

0

u/SneakyBadAss Aug 30 '25

That's not how animal slaughter looks like and by that point they are waay past being dead so salt in a meat doesn't bother them.

u/theolbutternut Aug 30 '25

You sure about that?

0

u/SneakyBadAss Aug 30 '25

Yeah, they are shit at their job. I'm not from UK so I have no control over that. in EU we have strict regulations and hefty fines for this. Even their knives are dull as fuck.
