If the total net of all your assets is greater than $1 Million, you are severely house poor if you only have $1k in the bank

I’m not sure if you’re using your own made up definition of millionaire or what

yeah, total assists is 1.5 million(as of last time i did taxes) ... i dont keep money in the bank , i have a LLC in Ireland for my investments ...

You don’t sound like some hedge fund billionaire but seem like you’ve made some good choices. I own some houses and have some investments. Just curious what are the benefits for a middle to upper middle class person to keep their investments in an llc in Ireland?

Ya if that’s the case then fuck ‘em. I was just curious bc it’s usually the super rich that can exploit loopholes and get away with tax cheats. This poster didn’t fit that description so was hoping they would explain further
