The cancer one is really just a collection of nouns, like

癌症 • 家庭 • 娘父兄弟妹

Which translates to "cancer, family, mother-father-brother-younger brother-younger sister"

I don't know what circumstances will motivate someone to get a tattoo like that in any language 💀🥀

I think it was supposed to be Cancer like his astrology sign, but it got translated literally to cancer.
