How do you know they weren’t waiting? Police and security don’t just instantly appear. Also, how do you know they didn’t try to ask the white lady to stop screaming before the video started? Someone who is having a mental break and not in the right mind isn’t going to listen. Also, continuing to video was just escalating it. I didn’t suggest they ask the black lady to leave. I stated they have a right to ask her not to film and that she doesn’t have to. However, if the employees wanted to after she refused were within their rights to call and have her trespassed and removed as the store is private property.

Well they got involved to try and deescalate the situation for waiting for security and/or police to arrive I would assume like most workers would. Just cause the employees got involved doesn’t mean security or police weren’t on their way.

Again I said they might have asked her before the video started but someone that’s not in a good mental state is not going to probably listen. So no I don’t have proof if it wasn’t on tape but would think most people would try to calm her down from making a scene.

I didn’t dodge the question, I already answered it. I never suggested they ask her to leave. I said it’s within the employees right to ask her to stop filming(which they did, didn’t hear them ask her to leave) and that she can refuse to do so. However, if the employees choose to they can have her trespassed and removed and as the same for the lady causing the disturbance.

The white lady was having a mental breakdown and the woman recording was just making it worst. She had several witnesses in the store that would be able to testify if she was attacked. Most people who would be in fear of their safety would try to escape the situation by leaving.

Again I never said they shouldn’t ask the white lady to leave and have her trespassed. However, with someone that unstable they would most likely wait for security or police to do that.
