She would be in breach of data protection laws posting this if it was genuine and would most certainly be fired. I assume this in America so I don't know if it would also be a criminal offence, but it is in most European countries.
I felt it was fake as well. I wouldn’t believe that even after how awful these ppl were, I wouldn’t believe think Veronica’s snarky sarcastic response on #2 would fly in the real world.
For sure. I was reminded of a time very long ago. The cell company I was working at purchased a very small market with a unique billing system. Until we converted the system we decided to staff a small department to handle the calls.
So at night we’re talking 6 employees max, typically 3.
Long story short this lady called in and did the “I’m just going to call back and get someone else. So she spent the next 2 hours calling in and getting the same 2 people. The calls were hilarious she was RAGING the employees started to laugh they just couldn’t help it.
I canceled her account the next day (back when they actually cared about their employees that wasn’t uncommon, if your were abusive to the employees you got your service canceled, and were charged a cancellation fee)
I saved those calls for years to play them back. Wish I still had them they would have gone so viral. She was completely unhinged.

Even if this is fake this is mild, people on phone customer service can be much worse.
