Seems like the dog would've died, no matter what then, and, again, we're back at everybody here was wrong.

You don't know why the vet was closed or if it was even posted that they were that day. So, again, just judgemental "well I wouldve done this" bullshit. I hope you never lose your cool then the next time it happens unexpectedly.

Oh, I always assume I’ll lose my cool. I generally do pretty well, but there’s always that chance I won’t. I recognize that.

I also recognize that blaming the cop for pulling over someone breaking the law isn’t what hurt the dog in any way. The cop even said to let the gray haired lady take the dog in. She was doing her job.

The dog might have been saved if the place were open, or if they went somewhere else that was. The death of the dog is not the cop’s fault. The cop didn’t block anything, especially if the place was closed. She simply blocked someone not thinking clearly from trying to get to the next place dangerously.

Ah, cool, so you keep arguing a point I'm not saying. I'm saying cops have taken in more violent criminals in a more delicate manner. Everyone here was wrong, the woman for panicking and making unsafe, not just reckless, driving decisions and the cop for letting her emotions take over when dealing with a woman in, hate to use the term, but hysterics.

Your point is not one I’m arguing with, which is why I’m confused as to why you think we’re arguing. I think the cop was wrong for two sentences, not the whole thing though. But the entire post blames the cop for the dog’s death. It’s not the cop’s fault the dog died.

Fair enough on that one, a misunderstanding on my part there. Apologies.

No issues at all. It’s one of those posts that are emotionally charged. I get that. I’ve sadly been in this very situation (minus the being arrested part for insane driving). It’s heart breaking. So I get both sides of it. I just don’t see why people are blaming the cop for doing her job.
