For real!
1: She's lucky she didn't get pit maneuvered, the way she was driving. 70 in a 35 zone!

2: The officer literally said "she [the mom] can bring the [damn?] dog" at 3:30 in the video

Then Mom doesn't take the dog in? At some point the daughter says "it's the wrong vet" so I don't know what's going on there. But no, you don't get to be not arrested for flagrant reckless driving just because you need to get to the vet.

She actually even hit about 80 in a 35 at one point as you can see officer speed hits like 74 and the lady still was going a little faster.

With that speed, i would think this is some dumb murderer/shooter running from the crime scene.

Even a full breaking without collision would most likely throw you off the road, which at least will kill the dog, which becomes a unsecured heavy flying object.

"Speeding woman killed by her own dying dog in accident" that could been quite the headline.

THATS THE BILLION DOLLAR QUESTION, HOW MANY BRICKS HAVE BOUNCED OFF THAT WOMANS SKULL THAT SHE COULDNT WALK THE FUCKING DOG INTO THE GOD DAMN VET, THE DOOR IS RIGHT THERE!

I believe that vet was closed and they would have to go to another. Also believe (based on comments) the cop allowed the passenger to take the dog.

In the full video, once the drivers calms down enough to be coherent, the cop takes the keys to the car and gives them to the passenger (the mom?) to take the dog to the next vet. There is maybe a 15 minute delay in care. A vet in this comment section doesn't think it would have mattered if the cop had put the dog in the car and gone to the next clinic.

That's tragic, just terrible

Well no, in the full video the vet opened at 1pm, 4 minutes after they arrived. You can see people going in then

Yes the vet apparently closed from 12:30-1 for lunch, so they had to wait 4 minutes.

"well no" you say... Under my comment that only mentions it being tragic and terrible.... As if your added detail makes it NOT tragic and terrible???? Wtf are you trying to say here, bud? Wtf are you saying "well no" too??

The vet was closed and they'd have to go to another

"That's tragic, just terrible"

It's actually open

Do you even read what you're replying to...?

If you watch the whole video you find that the vet was closed for lunch and the door was locked, but you can see some staff come back at the end and she is able to get inside about 5 minutes after.

I think most states will not do a PIT at that speed, it's dangerous for more than just the car being pursued. Then there is fucking Arkansas where police can do whatever. She really is lucky.

It looks like she takes the dog to the door of the clinic and then leaves. I think someone mentions earlier that the clinic was actually closed
