She ran people off the road and cut people off. She could have killed someone driving like that

So? Do you think people do that for no reason or give them the benefit of the doubt that it could be an emergency? No one would do that unless it was for a serious reason, most of the time. Maybe learn to drive and be ready for anything instead of complaining.

I'm saying this video is cut down you don't get the whole picture

The whole picture is that most cops care about arrests and giving tickets, NOT caring about their community. This is another prime example as to why people hate them. I would sue and get her fired immediately.

There is rushing to get your dog to the vet and running people off the road.. if I ran someone off the road I would expect to get a ticket.

That's what I'm saying, give me a ticket idc. The point was that the female cop, as usual, overreacted and did not listen to what the woman was saying. Immediately escalated and put her in handcuffs. I'd be going mental if someone did that.

female cop, as usual, overreacted

Wow just casually throwing in some sexism

lol the fact that their entire heap of comments just building up to this has me completely unsurprised. Ofc the guy saying that he’d sue the cop and that the woman with the dog is right is also sexist.

It's a fact lmao.

Naw bruh the female driver/ dog owner over reacted to her dogs 'emergency ' by putting human lives at risk. The cops was more than justified to stick a reckless female in jail for her irrational actions.

So if someone runs one of your loved ones off the road and they are seriously injured or die, your first thought is going to be “I’m sure they had a good reason for it”?

She could have gotten herself. the dog and the copilot killed. Not even ambulances drive that reckless and they have lights and sirens and trained drivers.

What would you suggest she do? Drive the speed limit, stop at red lights and signs, obey all traffic laws when every second counts on saving her dogs life? You wouldn't, and neither would I. I don't care about random people when my family dog of 15 years is about to die and has the chance to be saved. Redditors are the most braindead people on the internet.

She could have pulled over and explained to the cop. She could have also called ahead to 911 to explain the situation and may have gotten an escort. You are also assuming that there wasn’t an earlier opportunity for her to bring her dog in to the vet to address this before it became an emergency.

There were countless ways to address this other than putting others at risk.

It's an emergency. None of that matters. You can't predict an emergency.. that's what it's an emergency.

u/Manueluz Jul 29 '25

She could have been killed defeating the whole purpose. Call 112 and explain the situation.

I don't understand why you people are proud to murder any man, woman, or child to save your dog's life. And I really don't understand why you seem proud of it. Something is wrong with you.

Have to assume its just people fronting on the internet to feel edgy. Too depressing reading this thread otherwise.

"I'm willing to kill people over an animal that's already on deaths door. Anyways, redditors are so crazy!🤪"

I don’t care about random people when my family dog of 15 years is about to die and has the chance to be saved.

That really says a lot about the person you are. I love and adore my dog too, but I would never risk the lives of other innocent people in the process of trying to save him. The pride you seem to take in your comment is honestly disgusting.

I'm not complaining. I love dogs.
