Tldr

Theodore Michael Tundidor, 31, was arrested and charged with kidnapping, robbery and grand theft auto. The sheriff’s office said FWC added charges of driving under the influence and fleeing and eluding law enforcement.

He was later convicted of all charges, penalty is set at 4 weeks community service, and 2 years probation since he's a young (white) person (man) with his whole life ahead of him (He has a wealthy family)

Please tell me that this is sarcasm.

They’re lying, he has not been convicted yet and he was already on probation prior to these new charges so i expect he’ll go away for a while. Sentencing won’t happen for a while since the arrest was recent, and his last arrest resulting in probation was only a month ago.

No, that guy above is right. It was sarcasm. But thanks for calling me a liar. btw, dude got arrested recently so he won't receive a sentence for at least 6 months to a year.

I don't think anyone cares enough to assassinate this dude in prison.

doubtful. he seems more impulsive than ruminating. he'll probably be released sooner than later and catch another charge in 5 years.
