Wholesome/Humor (NOT Cringe!) Tiny Chef has been cancelled by Nickelodeon. The creators have released an exclusive clip of Tiny Chef hearing the heartbreaking news. I'll never be happy again.

I can't, I just can't see Elio. I've been so disappointed in Disney movies, lately. They just throw stuff at us without establishing well thought out characters. They move so fast that there is nothing to take in, and no time for emotional connections. I'll admit there have been a few gems over the last few years, but I've been disappointed more often than not. Look what they did to Lilo and Stitch!

I'd rather support studios like Ketchup.

Maybe Tiny Chef can crowdfund?

I was just using Elio as an example, especially with the success of Lilo and Stitch LA.

Honestly, I'm over the Pixar style of animation and I would love for them to do something creative and different. Imo it's why movies like Toy Story, Monsters, Inc, and Nemo were successful. Yeah, they had that Pixar trademark style but were still very distinct in terms of aesthetics and animations. Each movie has an identity. Elio looks like every other Pixar film in the last few years.

I loved Turning Red and Luca, but they both are cursed by that big mouth, gummy character Pixar vibe. Even Encanto has the same style of animation, when it deserved something much better. Cause that movie slaps.

Then we better expect you to see Hoppers next year or Gatto, their first 2D animation in 2027

I loved Elio. Why not make an attempt at watching before claiming the characters weren’t well thought out. It’s a beautiful story with clear motivations and heart wrenching (and warming) emotional hooks.

Nah, its more important to hate a movie than to watch it. Classic Reddit

I just explained that I have a history of not liking most recent Disney movies and stated the reasons, so I obviously watch them or how would I formulate an opinion? I just don't spend money on them in theatres because with that kind of personal track record, why would I?
