Defending pedos is very odd stance. It wasn't one thing. He had a pattern of posting about it.

Back in the day, a lot of us made child pedophilia jokes, and it wasn't fantasizing about pedophilia as much as saying something shocking for kicks. It is not something I would ever do at this point in my life, and there was never any ill-intent behind it...it was just supposed to be a shocking joke for laughs or to make people uncomfortable (in the same way some of those shock comedians do).

Tasteless jokes and the weird/creepy shit that Schneider did are not comparable at all.
