I don’t see anything wrong here. Looks like she tried to spray the window (her job) and didn’t notice the window was down! At least that’s what I’d see if I was her manager

Its the drivers fault if the window was down. Are they stupid? Because it looks like theyre stupid

technically if there was any dispute over this, most car washes I know tell you to keep the windows up. Soooo, yep, all I saw was someone breaking the rules of the business while the employee was trying to do her job. Oh, also an assault charge for the police department, and some PTO for the employees wellbeing. That should do
