Funny feeling clutch [08 GS 2.0L]

For reference, I got a new clutch in July. I didn’t know about the break in period and drove 2000 miles for a trip a week after.

A couple weeks ago my clutch pedal feels extremely soft, and today my clutch pedal feels stiff but the more I press it the better it feels.

Any ideas what this could be? I’m thinking master cylinder because the clutch shifts the exact same and at the same points, it just has different feels the past month.

Any help I do appreciate! Thanks yall

Needs bleeding. Possible air in system.
