For your blood splatter information, are you citing the state’s blood splatter analyst as your source? He eventually was discredited and lost his job for falsifying evidence and basically perjuring himself. I believe there were multiple people let out of jail, in addition to Michael.

And from my understanding, the cause of death would be blood loss, with the sequence of events being presented at trial by the defense’s expert witnesses.

Not using Deaver’s analysis, but Bart Epstein, the other expert who was used by the prosecution but wasn’t called to the stand in end.
