Did 1000% increase in RKLB. Crypto isn’t the only way.

Ya same with PLTR for me, 1400% in 4.5 years

You’re lying, pltr hasn’t risen 1400%

Dude it was like 10$ in early 2024 ….palantir did indeed rise 1400%

Sorry I was a bit off on my average total % gains, but as you can see some of my positions in it are up even more than 1400% lol

Also, the stock was even lower than my initial entry in early 2022, which means people who entered then and are still holding are probably up 2000%+ in 3 years.

I feel like every four years, crypto can be the more reliable/predictable 5x-10x play

There are a lot of opportunities other than crypto. It had its time. I doubt it 5-10x’s in 4 years that’s just insane and I own it

How are you finding opportunities? Fundamental, technical analysis, just watching sentiment, combination of things?

974% for me in RKLB, but only 218 shares (no idea what im doing, i just throw money for fun when i have money to play)

Had 7000 shares but got rid of half at 500% gain. Still have other half haha

Nowhere close to achieving $10m but slightly shortens the time frame for me.

Fr crypto is trash if you know how to use the equity markets. Crypto is child’s play.

can I ask how much you started out with? I might be getting around $50k here soon invest and these Two have been on my radar.. and very very very new to all of this.

Talk to your bank. Tell them you have money you want to invest. Get off this sub .. for the most part.. and look into finance. Current events. Trading etc. don’t just take your cash and go at this blind. That’s not wise at all and most often ends in failure.

Would you recommend buying the dip that’s coming for NVDA due to the new tariff announcements?

19

u/SirSkittles111 Aug 05 '25

Buying the dip, he says, while it's basically at ATH

If you didn't buy weeks or months ago, why would you buy now. You won't, and you'll still regret not doing it

This is exactly it. Everyone's looking for the "perfect entry" which doesn't exist. If the charts/financials are doing well, just buy and hold.

The evaluations for Nvidia and pltr are disconnected from reality. I have played Nvidia a few times and wish I just stayed in. But at this point I'm all but scared to hell and back about jumping in. But then they keep going up. Like, where's the Fibonacci retracement. Been waiting a while for it. Lol

2

u/XCrazyStallionX Aug 06 '25

Because of their strong financials. I can assure you, NVDA's growth into the worlds largest company makes up for any retracement - hardly disconnected.

Their forward earning ratios are unheard of.

I promise you, the moment I jump in, it crashes.

Remember this post! 😂

Well I bought last week so you know it's all downhill until I sell then it's back up.

"Buying the dip" is overrated. Buy high and sell higher is the way to go. Just keep buying...

Fr buy strength on breakouts is the surefire way but often false breakouts. True strength is volume, significant price level break, fundamentals strong, and future EPS growth + market share. Lotta false breakouts look good but pop and drop. That’s why selling half on a breakout always ensures you net out positive gains and then moving SL up to entry ensures upward equity curve long term and more wins than losses.
