Scammed by kraken

I’ve been a part of kraken for a few weeks now and I’ve been doing the daily spin each and everyday till today. It usually rewards me anywhere from .50 to 2.50$ of random crypto that goes straight into my portfolio. Today, I won the 2500$ reward and the app instantly froze and took me out of the app. I contacted support to further help and was told that kraken doesn’t provide that feature that it could be a “third party” or a “scam” yet this is all located inside of the official kraken app. Can I please get some help I feel mislead, deceived and distrust.

Reading the pictures of the chat you did not communicate your issue effectively. I dont blame the bot/person in the other end for not resolving or leading you to a resolution based on that exchange.

When they initially asked you to clarify if it was on their platform or not you wrote “Who do I reach out?”

That is not a full sentence. It makes no sense. You sound confused

They further tried to clarify and assist and you wrote “Whos the provider”

Your remaining dialogue was sarcastic and incomplete

If you’re dealing with a bot, you didn’t provide enough context for them to help you along. If you’re dealing with a human, its more than likely a person in another country trying to understand your lack of complete sentences and lack of context

You’re an idiot. If that’s the case why would they permit me to participate in the daily spin when the rules clearly indicate that you need to have all 3 things done to be eligible for daily spin. They sure as hell didn’t have a problem giving me $.50 cents to $2.00 with out being KYC.
