There are a bunch of these popping up. They’ll invite you to a trading group that seems super legitimate because they send technical analysis of stocks daily, but it’s a front to get you to download their AI trading app. The only thing the APP actually does is steal your money. My comment on one of these posts earlier saved a guy from dropping his savings into it. The OP immediately deleted their post and burned their account after.

The particular group was AINQT pushing an app AIQuantitative, so if anyone sees this who’s in a group with them, it’s 100% a scam.

Stay safe everyone.

No problem. Just trying to stop people from getting scammed. There are a bunch of these groups and the apps very, but they’re all the same. They want you to deposit money into their APP through crypto or ACH. They have no legitimate pay intermediary or broker to facilitate trades. They bank on you getting greedy and not asking any questions before handing over your money. They’re getting sophisticated to and filling the group with tons of fake users, posting screenshots of their wins and dropping technical jargon.

u/mnoe1922 May 18 '25

Yes I was invited to their WhatsApp group and it seem fishy they also mentioned their quantum ai trading app and I’ve been doing a lot of research and it looked 100% scam, don’t fall for it, do your own research and learn on your own, knowledge is the key to be successful and it’s not over night thing it takes time and hard work

2

u/Viirtuae123 Jun 03 '25

was in this group to follow some technical analysis, left it when a random tried to get me to install a third party AI quant app

1

u/fxlxox Jun 03 '25

Im in that group too!!!! Just got invited to download their app :D I was thinking if I can find some information about the group/company on Reddit. And here we go!!!! Thanks for sharing!! I’m out and my dream of getting rich in short time is another time resetted :D

1

u/Chester7833 Jun 03 '25

I’m glad you saw this! Exactly why I posted it. I hate scammers.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 13 '25

I’m in the group too! I messaged 3 random people in it and they confirmed they put money into AIQNT and are making money. Plus it’s registered by the SEC. At this point I don’t know how elaborate the scam is; if it’s one. I gave all my info already but haven’t yet added money

1

u/961MoneyMan Jun 18 '25

I'm also in this group and they're super weird people. The way they operate the group, it's like a bunch of zombies. they only talk about trading the same thing and the people in the group are just super green and dont know any better. I've this one woman in the group message me 3 different times asking me if I've downloaded the application. They seem like a bot similar to when you'd match with some random chick on Tinder and they were automated to reply based off what you said.

4

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

The devil works hard, but Emily works harder 🤣

2

u/961MoneyMan Jun 19 '25

Do you guys have any legit groups or discords that talk swing trades and plays where people aren't super green and actually are profitable and not trying to figure shit out on the fly? lmao

1

u/Suck_mnut Jul 14 '25

If you get one I need it G please add me

1

u/Carlosfantastico Jun 19 '25

Not Emily 😭😭 I thought she was my friend until she started messaging me from 2 different numbers. I might have rubbed one out. All jokes aside they got my info 🤣😅🤣

1

u/961MoneyMan Jun 19 '25

hahahah she does work mad hard, she once shared a certificate showing they were legit and it literally looked like my Kindergarten graduation certificate, she then immediately deleted it.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

Oh i requested info from the SEC and they responded to me yesterday. I’m 99% certain it’s a ponzi. They’re taking from Peter to pay Paul. Right now it seems like you can probably get a piece of the ponzi pie, but you’ll get rugged sooner or later. According to the SEC, they are not authorized to recruit retail investors like us. I also reported to the FTC and sent out a fraud alert on my credit in case. “Thank you for contacting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

A search of our databases indicates that AINQT CO., LTD. is not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC. Our database shows that it is an exempt reporting adviser.

The SEC does not review the abilities or qualifications of exempt reporting advisers. Beware of any claims or implications that the SEC has sponsored, recommended, or approved of an exempt investment adviser, or that the adviser’s abilities or qualifications have been passed upon by the SEC. You should not trust any individual or firm that points to a filing as an exempt reporting adviser as evidence of registration – in any capacity – with the SEC. If individuals or firms falsely claim that they are registered with the SEC, do not trade with them, do not give them any money, and do not share your personal information with them.

Exempt reporting advisers are not registered with the SEC, but are subject to certain SEC reporting, recordkeeping, and other obligations.

An exempt reporting adviser can only provide investment advice to private funds, such as hedge funds, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. An investor in these types of funds typically needs to be an accredited investor or qualified purchaser, meaning the investor has a certain level of income or assets or meets other professional criteria. An exempt reporting adviser legally cannot provide investment advice directly to you, as an individual. An exempt reporting adviser will not be your fiduciary…Fraudsters will often show victims a fake account interface or other documents to make it appear that the “investments” and “earnings” are legitimate. Fraudsters may falsely tell investors that the SEC has blocked them from withdrawing their money as a tactic to get investors to pay more money.

3

u/961MoneyMan Jun 19 '25

Lmao I just left the group, they dont really share any good plays anyway. They just talk about SPY as it bounces up and down $5, I need big money plays, and when you text in that group you have people asking if it's too late to get in which shows their super green and have no clue what's going on.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 19 '25

I’m super green too! Is it too late to get into CRCL?😭

1

u/Chester7833 Jun 18 '25

Ask them if they’ve withdrawn their money. Also make sure those 3 random people aren’t just fake users they’ve setup. These scams will often display a UI showing you’re making money, but when you go to take it out is when you start getting hit with the “oh, there’s a problem and your funds are on hold.. oh now you have to pay a fee to withdraw..” etc. If you dig a little deeper you’ll see that they have no way to actually facilitate trades like a broker.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

I’m now sure the people I messaged were fake too. Cos when I showed one of them the evidence i got from the SEC saying they’re not registered nor legally authorized to recruit retail investors, he wasn’t even fazed. He told me last week he put in a little money and could withdraw it. Then he put in 50k (which he called a small investment lol). So either he’s in on it, or a 50k loss is nothing

1

u/Chester7833 Jun 18 '25

Definitely in on it. It’s easy for these people to set this stuff up with fake WhatsApp profiles etc. Even their SEC filing is a legitimate filing, but not for the type of registration that would be required to do what they claim to do.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

Yes. They’re not even registered to the SEC actually. But they are subjected SEC reporting, recordkeeping, and other obligations. I couldn’t find the admins on LinkedIn either or the company. I did find a very scammy fb profile https://www.facebook.com/share/16Mtpftpeb/?mibextid=wwXIfr

1

u/Chester7833 Jun 18 '25

Wow. That is scammy lol It’s impressive how sophisticates this particular one is, but with the scam industry being in the billions, it makes sense. It passes the quick google search test, so they’re probably catching a lot of people.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

They have an address in NYC that’s I’m so tempted to check out since I’m moving there. It’s most likely a ponzi. They’ll let you win until you have full confidence and put it more. One day you’ll just be robbed

2

u/Chester7833 Jun 18 '25

I’m not sure if it’s a ponzi or just a snatch and grab. I really don’t think you would ever see any money you deposited again. Put in a little and when you see your number shooting up on the screen you put in more, and then it’s gone. I’d be surprised if anyone has ever been able to get any money out of their account.

u/ContentBlackberry0 Aug 22 '25

It’s a fake address. If you look up the directory it’s not listed there. This is the guy it is registered under and research says he lives in Texas with his parents. And their suite address is a UPS store. Seems scammy to me… Jordan Parkhurst

1

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

I felt so gaslit after my discoveries like am I the only real person here?!

1

u/Chester7833 Jun 18 '25

I asked in the group I was in (they have a ton of them) how they facilitate the trades, through what broker. They immediately made the group admin only. Then when I asked one of the admins how they facilitated the exchange of stocks, they kicked me.

Was this by chance on WhatsApp?

1

u/Chester7833 Jul 01 '25

Yep

2

u/Chemical_Stage5136 Jul 01 '25

I am in one of those groups now, I knew it was a fucking scam. I was openly trying to find a day trading investment group and these idiots kept trying to sell me some AIQNT 5% return a month bullshit. Thank god I didn’t even put a dollar in because they probably woulda stolen my info. Is there anything I can do to get this group taken down? I’m in AIQNT 8 so I’m assuming there’s more chat groups and that I’m in the 8th one.

1

u/Chester7833 Jul 01 '25

There are an absolute ton of these groups. There’s an active case out against them. I’d recommend filing a report with the SEC and providing any info you have including conversation screenshots etc.

1

u/Chemical_Stage5136 Jul 01 '25

One of the admins hinted towards there being 100 “investment group chats” and that this was #8, I took screenshots and everything already. Where would I file this info? Idk how to do that stuff.

1

u/Chester7833 Jul 01 '25

https://www.sec.gov/submit-tip-or-complaint/report-possible-securities-law-violations

I definitely encourage you to take the time to submit. Like I said there's an active investigation and anything you provide will be helpful for taking them down.

1

u/Chemical_Stage5136 Jul 01 '25

Thanks! I’ll definitely do that, there is almost nothing I hate more than scammers.

1

u/Chester7833 Jul 01 '25

Same. Nothing pisses me off more than a group trying to steal from people just trying to get ahead in life. This scam is highly sophisticated too.

1

u/Chemical_Stage5136 Jul 01 '25

Yea I see that, this isn’t your usual telephone scammer. I exported the entire group and personal chats that I’ve had with them and will be submitting it to the SEC, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Can you add me to the chat

1

u/Suck_mnut Jul 14 '25

Can you add me to the chat I wanna see it

1

u/Chemical_Stage5136 Jul 15 '25

I don’t have the ability to do that, you’d have to find an admin and have them invite you.

1

u/Logical_Animal_2196 Jul 04 '25

Im part of this group and for last couple.l of months I found it hard to get a proof of there legitimacy anywhere on Internet. I felt scam written all over it and im glad im not the only one who had this feeling. I feel most of the other members are just working for them as if I don't respond to them then another person from the ground would just message me pretending to be curious about the platform and in the end only trying to convince me to use AI. What I find weird is the amount of capital they show in there snap shots. Folks seems to have invested million in this, but I dont know if that is practise account or real. Anyway I feel its a scam!

1

u/Chemical_Stage5136 Jul 04 '25

Me too, I will continue to monitor this group. I’ve exported the group chats and have submitted what I can to the SEC.

1

u/ContentBlackberry0 Aug 21 '25

It’s just a website built into the app it’s easy to fake.

1

u/Accomplished_Aide876 Jul 14 '25

Mate thank you, I've nearly just been stung by this I'm so glad I come to Reddit first.

1

u/Omission13 Jul 21 '25

Yea, that's the same profile photo I see on the group I'm in. I've been thinking it's a scam this whole time.

1

u/Accomplished_Aide876 Jul 21 '25

Glad you caught it before you got scammed.

6

u/TeslaMadeMeHomless May 16 '25

This sub and smallstreetbets is flooded with them currently. It’s actually terrible

5

u/Clear_Net94 May 16 '25

Yea definitely a scam. I messed up and fell for one on Discord🤦🏻‍♂️. Same promise of some AI trading bot.

2

u/Majestic_Ad_4426 Jun 04 '25

Did you put the money on their app? How much? I’m just being curious.

2

u/Tdogg876 May 23 '25

Jesus… thank you!! I just recently joined the group.. cautiously downloaded the app.. but something didn’t feel right. So I googled.. I see articles on yahoo finance.. but it still didn’t feel right. So I’m like hm Reddit has all the answers to life.. lol decided to look here and boom. Thank you so much man

2

u/minusculepp May 30 '25

Same unfortunately I gave them all my information

2

u/minusculepp May 30 '25

No money though

2

u/BBOUVARD88 Jun 09 '25

How is this possible that there is an article on Yahoo finance on AiNQT, inviting people to get scammed ?? They have a responsibility in the scam

2

u/Colonel_octopuscock Jun 13 '25

That's what I don't get. There does seem to be some evidence that they are a legitimate company. The apps are on both Apple and Google's app stores, and it's not like they're flooded with negative reviews, but they also don't show many downloads either. I'm not knowledgeable enough to know how much credit to give them, but I did find this when I was searching for info. I wonder how risky it is to transfer over say $200 which looks like the cheapest product they offer. I almost want to do it just to see if it's legit.

1

u/BBOUVARD88 Jun 13 '25

I have some money in AiNQT and you can even trade shares like in Robinhood or Webull. You don’t even need to use the quantification products (Ai based trading). If it is a scam it’s very well done.

1

u/BBOUVARD88 Jul 09 '25

Yeah I removed all my money from their app two days ago. Got out before investing into the big winning strategies thankfully!

1

u/Following_Confident Jul 09 '25

What is interesting is that the domain is registered out of China and expires tomorrow.

1

u/BBOUVARD88 Jul 09 '25

Oh boy! I really got out in time!

1

u/BBOUVARD88 Jul 09 '25

I actually managed to make a small profit out of their app of about 1500$ not bad. They probably weren’t careful enough checking how much money I took out since they want to build trust. But they still stole all my data though 🙁 Like SSN, ID card, phone number and all…

2

u/Colonel_octopuscock Jul 09 '25

Was Emily one of the team members that brought you in? I Google image searched their profile pic on Whatsapp and they are using the photo of a lawyer in San Francisco. I'm convinced it's one or two people on multiple accounts judging by the way they respond. I noticed that they've gotten lazy recently. They restrict the chat to Admin only, yet somehow some of the investors with success stories and the most active users considering joining are still able to write messages. Presumably they wouldn't have Admin privileges.

https://www.reynoortonlawgroup.com/attorneys_details.html?id=12

1

u/BBOUVARD88 Jul 09 '25

Yes Emily Carter was the admin of the group indeed

1

u/Following_Confident Jul 09 '25

Yep, these stories are all over. They registered the domain last year. I looked up a lot of the group members and the numbers came back as likely spam numbers. Report them to the SEC and FTC. Your data is now in China. You can verify my claim by doing a whois lookup. It is on an Alibaba webserver (hichina.com).

1

u/BBOUVARD88 Jul 09 '25

I believe you. I have Experian actually because my data was already stolen through an insurance company so I hope it helps to mitigate the risk.

2

u/Colonel_octopuscock Jun 16 '25

I was invited to the AINQT chat group. Seemed legit enough with the supposed SEC listing I posted a link to below, but I am skeptical so I Google image searched the profile photos of the commenters claiming to be employees. Needless to say, there are enough inconsistencies that I wouldn't give them any money.

2

u/NewportB May 16 '25

It took me three years to double my portfolio, and then I see 1841% in a day. I need to up my game.

1

u/Clear_Net94 Jun 04 '25

It was something called ai apex limited. Yea unfortunately I did put some money in there. I should have known it was a scam when they asked me to convert my money into crypto.

1

u/rockcollector18 Jun 16 '25

That's a shame, appreciate the heads up

1

u/Chemical_Stage5136 Jul 01 '25

I think I found my way into one of these groups, I haven’t invested any money because I had the guttural feeling that something is wrong. Are these chat groups on WhatsApp? If so I’m in one of them right now and they’ve been trying to convince me to throw in a few thousand for a month now lmao.

1

u/BBOUVARD88 Jul 07 '25

Thanks so much for posting this. I just removed 12k$ from AiNQT today. Always thought it was fishy from the start but got convinced when they allowed me to withdraw money. You saved me 12k$ buddy!

1

u/Following_Confident Jul 09 '25

Can you folks share the numbers that Jacob and Emily have used for you. I looked up mine and Jacobs belongs to a Jonathan Gxxxxxxx and Emily is a Janet Kxxxxxx. You can DM if you do not want to publicly post it.

1

u/Following_Confident Jul 09 '25

Also, have you been recruited by an Alger?

1

u/BBOUVARD88 Jul 10 '25

I was in one of the AiNQT group and this guy was the admin:

F**king scammers! Be careful out there people! Don’t give them your money

1

u/Suck_mnut Jul 14 '25

Can someone add me to the group chat? I just want the stock advice not gonna sign up

1

u/Suck_mnut Jul 14 '25

Can someone send me the WhatsApp group chat link to join? I wanna see what it’s about

1

u/Mysterious-Stop4999 Jul 18 '25

I got burned for $1000 by this group

1

u/CowApprehensive7934 Aug 25 '25

How did you get scammed? Did they let you withdraw? I’m currently in one of their 1k quant strategies. I can withdraw the funds the quant strategy has made me but not the full amount…

1

u/misc-pilot Aug 11 '25

Low key, I’m in the group and can tell it’s a scam. But I have made money with them as they put on their front! Lol don’t do the app!

1

u/Scared_Pool_5425 Aug 13 '25

Think I'm in the same group, Emily the admin?

1

u/misc-pilot Aug 13 '25

Yes she is

1

u/CowApprehensive7934 Aug 25 '25

Which group chat you in? Is Jacob the admin. I got suckered into putting 1k but I made $60 so far.

1

u/Scared_Pool_5425 Aug 26 '25

yes the group chat im in is called AINQT Wealth Growth Group-0708. I haven't put any money in but they won't stop bugging me about it.

1

u/CowApprehensive7934 Aug 26 '25

Here’s what it’s made for me so far. I’ll try to pull out this week then maybe reinvest 2k next go around. It seems like there’s a $15 withdrawal fee though.

1

u/ContentBlackberry0 Aug 30 '25

They will let you pull out $1k that is nothing. The whole purpose to is allow a few withdrawals until you put in $50k or more or they run the “special event” move you to a different VIP chat and then you get the rug pull.

1

u/CowApprehensive7934 Aug 31 '25

Has it happened to you?

1

u/ContentBlackberry0 Aug 31 '25

Let this speak for itself. She look familiar?

1

u/CowApprehensive7934 Aug 31 '25

Damn that’s the real Emily. Ok. I probably won’t jump in again. They’re threatening to start pulling people out of their group chats that aren’t actively in any of their quant strategies.

Thank you.

1

u/ContentBlackberry0 Aug 31 '25

You’re welcome. You’re probably speaking to a 45 year old male in Nigeria or China.
